Screw at the back of the product isn’t working , i wanted to replace it but in the website “something went wrong” is showing , engineering fix it in my house with a thin wire. Also he’s demanding more than installation charge after getting that charge about ₹354. Though the behaviour of the engineer is very polite. Anyway i thought aTATA product and service is always consumer friendly.
